If this is your second visit, please ensure you select “Second Naturopathic Visit”. If you have not been seen in over a year, but have been a patient, please select an “Extended Follow-up Visit”. You may also select and “Extended Follow-up visit” if you feel you need more than 30-45 minutes for your follow-up visit.
