APPOINTMENT LISTINGS

We have updated our booking site to make it easier for you to navigate. In-person, virtual and phone categories contain initial, second, follow-up, extended follow-up and focused follow-up visits. If you are a Senior/Student, you will see these appointment types within each category.

Pediatric Initial Visits and acupuncture have been separated for ease. Pediatric patients will book regular second visits and follow-up visits in the desired category (in-person, virtual or phone).

SECOND AND EXTENDED VISITS

If this is your second visit, please ensure you select “Second Naturopathic Visit” in your preferred booking type (in-person, virtual or phone).

If you have not been seen in over a year, but have been a patient, please select an “Extended Follow-up Visit”.

You may also select an “Extended Follow-up visit” if you feel you need more than 30-45 minutes for your follow-up visit.

Free Meet & Greet - Naturopathic Medicine

Healing is most effective when the fit feels right. This free 15-minute Meet & Greet is a chance to ask questions, learn how I work, and see if we’re a good match. No medical advice is given, but I’ll share whether I can help and what next steps would look like.

Naturopathic Medicine - In-person Visits

Below, you’ll find all in-person visit types, including initial appointments, follow-ups, extended sessions, and genetics-based consultations in both regular and senior/student options. These visits offer a face-to-face experience for those who prefer being onsite, and are designed to support you at every stage of your care.

Naturopathic Medicine - Virtual Visits

These virtual visits include all appointment types—from initial consultations to follow-ups, extended sessions, and genetics appointments, with both standard and senior/student options available. Virtual care offers flexibility and convenience while still providing a robust therapeutic experience. If this visit type is not suitable, we will advise you.

Naturopathic Medicine - Phone Visits

Below are all appointment types available by phone, including initial visits, follow-ups, extended sessions, and genetics-based consultations where appropriate. Phone visits are ideal for simple updates, travel periods, energy-sensitive days, or when video isn’t needed or accessible. If phone visits are not suitable, we will advise you.

Naturopathic Medicine - Pediatric Initial Visits

This category includes pediatric initial appointments for children ages 0–12, available in-person, virtually, or by phone. These visits focus on understanding your child’s health history, current concerns, and developmental stage to guide appropriate next steps and treatment planning.

Naturopathic Medicine - Acupuncture

These appointments include both initial and follow-up acupuncture sessions for new and returning patients. Initial visits include a brief assessment based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to determine your treatment approach; they do not replace or include a full naturopathic intake. Each session is tailored to support your goals and treatment progress.
